These policies supersede policies that may appear on any other material, and are in effect for purchases made after May 15th, 2006.

We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on Stamp Francisco's website may be incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order.

Stamp Francisco presents its content "as is" and makes no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. Stamp Francisco reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements and to update product information at any time without prior notice. Stamp Francisco is not responsible for manufacturers and suppliers price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, Stamp Francisco has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Stamp Francisco will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for future price changes.

Unmounted (UM) Rubber Stamps Use

Unmounted rubber stamps from Stamp Francisco and its respective trademarks, use is strictly restricted to personal use. Any commercial use constitute a violation of our terms and conditions as well as constitute copyright infringement. We strictly forbid our unmounted rubber stamps to be mounted by 3rd party for resale and our unmounted rubber sets to be taken apart for unauthorized resale.
