Okay, this looks difficult but it really isn't! Cut out the solid black shapes from the heart on the "Flaming Heart 106-1077" stamp. Stamp wheel on card stock. Color randomly. Punch 1/8 holes where indicated, attach with tiny brad. Spin wheel. Go ooh, aah. Psychedelic, baby. You can cover the wheel in back with another piece of card stock.
