All our rubber stamps are made especially for you when you place your order. We provide large photos so that you can see the item in details, we provide detailed information regarding the size and we provide as many artwork samples as we can.

If you have any question, please ask them BEFORE you place your order as we do NOT accept returns.

All sales are FINAL.

In the RARE event, that under exceptional circumstances, we do accept a return, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee (to help us recover some of the labor costs to make the item(s) for you and/or the time it took to process your order) and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us. We do NOT refund shipping under no circumstances due to a change of mind.

If an un-authorized package is sent to us, it will be either refused or shipped back marked "send back to sender".

Defective and Incorrect items:

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, click here, or the package will be refused.

All our rubber stamps are made to order and we stand behind our products 100%. Please report any defect within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please check your order carefully when you receive it and report any discrepancy within 3 days of receiving an incorrect item via email (

If you are returning an item that is defective or in error and manufactured by Stamp Francisco, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the cost to ship the product back to us and replace it with same as soon as we receive the returned item.

Should the defect or the error be on an item we do not manufacture, we will replace it with same if in stock or refund you IF we do not have a replacement.

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and it is determined that it cannot be replaced. Credits to a credit card may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

If you paid with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from Stamp Francisco from the time we receive the returned product.

Can I exchange?

Unfortunately, NO.

All stamps are made especially for you and other customers when the order is placed. As a result, we cannot "shelve" an item back simply because someone changed their mind, did not read the posted information or made assumptions rather than ask a question.
