Stamp Francisco.com does not collect nor store any credit card information from online transactions.

Please note that "snail mail" order do NOT qualify (nor earn/nor redeem) Rubber Dividendsª (credits) nor for the Free stamp offer at checkout. The cart generate all of our paperwork, from your receipt, our work order, email confirmation, tracking information, etc, to your shipping label. If an order is placed manually... you will get none of the above nor be able to track your order online nor view your order history online and forfeit all benefits associated with an online purchase.

Please also note that "snail mail" orders will take longer than estimated on the site, since the information that is needed to make the stamps is normally generated by the cart, will need to be retrieved by hand... one stamp at a time. Also, since shipping is estimated, refund is only issued for electronic payment done via our secured credit card processor or Paypal and forfeit for all other form of payment.

Why are you so adament that the order be placed via the cart?

We are a company of 2 and need to spend the limited number of working hours... making the stamps and uploading stamps and artwork to the site... not entering the orders in our system since we provide a secure, sophisticated and encrypted shopping cart. When you place your order online it is the safest and fastest way for you. The cart will automatically generate your Virtual Receipt and send us our Work Order which include all the information to make your stamps (with 14,000 designs from 10 lines we NEED said information). It keep track of your order while it is being processed, then it sends your tracking information and upload said information to your online account. In your account, it keep track of all your orders and all the items you purchased. The cart print your shipping label and guarantee all information to be correct since you enter your own address and get to review your order for accuracy. The cart generate the code for the free stamp earned at checkout and the cart compute all earned and redeemable Rubber Dividendª

Since a "snail mail" order interrupt our workflow and require administrative time normally handled by the cart (our 3rd worker), you will not receive a receipt, your may or may not receive tracking information, the order does not qualify for the free stamps nor earn/redeem Rubber Dividendsª since they are all functions of the cart.
