Email is the only way to reach us and temporarily all orders must be emailed. Shopping cart had to be closed due to spammers.
Please note that we cannot answer the phone while working in the shop and that the number is strictly provided as a courtesy so that you can leave a message from 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
For a fast answer to your question, please use the contact form above. Include your name, email and phone number (in case the answer is too long for us to type or that your question require live help).
Please make sure to select the appropriate subject line and to include detailed information. (ie: order # XXXX, my account # XXXX, stamp SKU number XX-XXX).
We receive 100's of email a day and will respond first, to those not in need of a search to be responded to.
Stamp sizes are CLEARLY indicated in each product detail page. Unless there is a data error entry, do not email to ask if a stamp is available in a different size than stated. WE DO NOT MAKE CUSTOM STAMPS
. Made to order, mean that we make the stamp for you after you order them NOT that we make them to your specifications.
Kindly, do not email us about the status of your order until after
the last stated processing day... if it says 6-7 working days... please wait until the 8th to email us and remember... working days do not include Saturday and Sunday (though we do work).
Why are we saying these things? 'cause there are hundred of thousands of you.... and ONLY 2 of us... we can't be making your rubber stamps if all we do is answer email.
