      Please note that our single heaviest item is our deluxe acrylic bloc set which weight over 2.5# and if ordered alone or with few UM require a 3# box which is not $6.95....

      Combining Collage Sheets with wood mounted stamps may result in much higher shipping costs that estimated as we need to use a large shipping box.

      FREE SHIPPING:

      On all domestic USA & APO orders $200.01 and up.

      Does not apply to wholesale accounts.

      Orders must add up to over $200.01 after any discounts to qualify for free shipping. We will adjust your invoice to add shipping charges as needed. If your order comes to under $200.01 after any coupon/discount, we will contact you to collect the additional charges before we process your order.

      Wholesale orders will be charged actual shipping & shipping related charges with insurance at time of shipping. We use either Fedex Ground or the USPS for wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are always shipped insured and with tracking.

    • INSURANCE:

      The US Postal Service suggests that you should allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for them to deliver your package. So, you should usually receive your order in about one week. Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is included; your delivery confirmation number will be sent to you via eMail when your order is shipped. If, according to www.USPS.com Delivery Confirmation records, your order is not shown as having been delivered within FOUR weeks from the date is was shipped we will replace your order at no cost to you.

      If you require a replacement order prior to the local postal service completing their investigation of the missing shipment, you may request an advance shipment of the replacement order. In that case we will charge your credit card for the replacement order. If the postal service then reports that they have lost the package we will then reimburse you for the replacement order.

    • HOW THE INSURANCE WORKS:

      The Insured (Stamp Francisco) must file notice of non-delivery or damage with U-PIC (Insurance) within ninety (90) days from date of shipment for United States Post Office shipments. There is a twenty-one (21) day waiting period before the Insured may file a notice of non-delivery to U-PIC for packages shipped domestic via the United States Post Office. No claims will be honored if filed after the 90 day expiration period. The Insured will submit completed U-PIC claim form, copy of the original invoice to the consignee, signed and dated statement from the consignee (YOU - the Customer), proof of damage if applicable and any additional documentation requested to substantiate loss. Shipping costs must be included in the declared value in order to be paid with claim. Handling fees and insurance fees are excluded from coverage. All damaged property for which payment (not repair costs) or replacement has been made, must, on request be returned to Underwriters. Failure to hold the damaged property until the claim has reached a resolution will result in the denial of the claim. We will not allow more than 2 insurance claims per customer and/or to the same shipping address and cease to do business with said customer and/or ship to/bill to address.

      You MUST report any missing packages to us within TWO months from the time of your order.

      Delivery Insurance does NOT cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address. It is your responsibility to provide your correct mailing address and to retrieve your packages from your local post office if necessary.

    • APO:

      We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders to APO addresses require international customs paperwork which we will prepare at no additional cost to you. Because APO addresses are considered international destinations shipments you should allow extra time for receipt. Packages are sent insured. Please refer to the insurance information located under "International Orders" for the terms and conditions related to APO insurance claims.
  • CANADA & MEXICO:

    • Canada packages are sent insured.
    • Mexico packages cannot be insured. The insurance part of the shipping fee will be refunded at time of shipping.

    The US Postal Service suggests that you should allow an average of 4 to 10 working days for them to deliver your package. So, you should usually receive your order within 2 weeks of the shipping date.

    All prices we quote are in U.S. dollars. We will bill your credit card in U.S. dollars. Your bank will convert this amount into your currency at the current official exchange rate. Some credit card compaines may charge a convenience charge for this service.

  • CUSTOMS:

    Note that upon receipt, your local government may add customs fees, duties or taxes applicable to your package. We must sign all documentation as to the actual content and value of the package. We ship all orders freight prepaid, but you should check with your local authorities about any additional fees which you may need to pay on the delivery end. We cannot advise you about these charges. Our shipping system and our shopping cart are integrated, so we are unable to mark packages as being a "gift" or to under declare the value of the content.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

      WE DO NOT SHIP TO NIGERIA

      The US Postal Service suggests that you should allow an average of 4 to 14 working days for them to deliver your package. So, you should usually receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks. Packages have also been known to sometimes spend more time than expected at the Customs in your country and as a result it is not unusual for a shipment to take up to 4 weeks.

      Delivery insurance is included in the above rates for the following countries: APO, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (South), Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Martinique, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Vatican City.

      Any OTHER country besides those listed above are UNINSURED and are at the purchaser's own risk. Note especially that Mexico, Norway & Brazil are not on the insured destination list and NO insurance is provided.

      The following countries are for sure on the CANNOT be insured list:
