Damaged Packages:
Damaged packages or damaged merchandise will be replaced asap if you purchased Delivery insurance. We may ask for you to send the damaged items back at our expense before we replace them along with the original packaging material.

If you have elected not to add Delivery insurance then we cannot be responsible in any way for damaged packages.

Missing Packages:
If, according to Delivery Confirmation records, your order is not shown as having been delivered within three weeks from the date it was shipped we will replace your order at no cost to you.

Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You must report any missing packages to us within one month from the time of your order.

Should your original order be delivered after we've sent a replacement package, you will be expected to either refuse it by sending it back to shipper OR to ship it back to use. We will reimburse you the return postage.

Claims of loss will be processed through the USPS according to their rules and procedures.

Special note to Mexico, Norway and APO addressees: Delivery Insurance is not available to Mexico, Norway, or APO addresses and all shipments to Mexico, Norway, or APO addresses are at the buyers full risk; if you choose a shipping method that includes insurance then insurance will not be provided if shipping to Mexico, Norway or APO addresses.

All orders are carefully counted, weighted, double checked and documented before shipping. Please check packaging material and content before making a claim. UM rubber stamps may get stuck together.

On the other hand we are only human and mistakes do happen, so please do not hesitate to let us know.
